Our President’s Island Location in Memphis, Tennessee has state-of-the-art cleaning, powder coating and curing technology, yielding the best results every time. Our 45,000 square feet facility boasts an 800 ft. Intellitrak 1500 Series hanging Conveyor line, able to carry up to 4,000 lbs through our powder coating facility.

Prime Powder Coating is proud to have a Gema powder coating system. Gema is a global leader in powder coating technology, with an 8 color selection unit, 14 automatic guns, and 2 manual guns for touch-ups as needed.
